Velox from Laren had not one, but three questions for XA: 1 - a link between the CRM system, Carerix and Unit4, 2 - an appointment module and 3 - selfbilling for freelancers. "XA Flow was the answer to that. In short, it comes down to the fact that they automate our software platforms, so that we can keep focusing on our primary work process. The result is more synergy, more time available and a more accurate way of working", says Patrick van Breukelen (CFO Velox). Optimization and efficient processes
"Velox desired to optimize their processes through automation at an organizational strategic level." Bas further explains: "Before we started working with XA Flow, we were working with all kinds of separate systems. A CRM system, a billing system and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). All these systems had to be managed separately and the data entered separately. And that's what we wanted to integrate in order to achieve efficient and optimal processes."

Successful solutions
Bas: "In the pitch phase, every provider promises a lot, but when things get concrete, promises often fall far short of reality. That's why we wanted more certainty about the end result. We also wanted a short turnaround time and good communication about the process. XA gave us that confidence." Patrick adds: "A great added value of XA is that they think alongside us and look at what we want. Where other parties often deliver a standard solution with absolutely no aftercare, they deliver customized work and are also there for us after completion. A big plus!"

Automated process flow, XA Flow
By linking ATS, CRM and the billing system, Velox can now take big steps in the area of process optimization. "As a strategic process consultant, I'm always looking for improvements and XA Flow is perfect for that," Bas explains enthusiastically. "The development process is now underway. Quotes are directly linked to candidates and a date picker has been integrated, which ensures that we are no longer busy scheduling appointments between candidates and clients. They now do that themselves and that saves us a lot of time! The CRM is also updated automatically, so you always have insight into the current status of an account. All the automation significantly reduces the number of actions required of our consultants, allowing them to focus on their most important task."

Pleasant collaboration
The collaboration between Velox and XA is going well. "There is a lot of good communication about the development process. The costs were always clearly communicated and even if they would be higher than budgeted, this would be indicated on time and clearly. They are strong in expectation management. What we also found very pleasant is that Olivier Uijtewaal (consultant XA) stayed involved after selling the product. That gives confidence." Patrick concludes: "Thanks to this automation, everyone works more efficiently. Not only us, but also our clients and candidates. I myself benefit most from the link with the accounting package, It gives me extra speed and accuracy. In the past you could forget something because of the hectic pace of the day, but the flow of the automation ensures that everything is taken into account. Very nice!"
